Listen, I get it -- it's hard to prioritize rest as a mom. But did you know rest ≠ sleep? There are actually 7 different types of rest and I really believe that when we know the type of rest we need, it actually makes it easier to make it a priority AND for us to actually feel rested instead of like we are spinning our wheels.
